Marc has over 15 years of experience in M&A advisory and buy-side investing, focused on mid-market companies across Germany, France and the MENA region. At LMF Capital, he advises management teams and sponsors on debt solutions for acquisitions, growth initiatives and shareholder reorganisations. Previously, he spent four years in M&A advisory in Frankfurt and six years on the buy-side at a Monaco-based family office managing €3bn in assets. Marc holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen, completed executive programs at INSEAD and Columbia Business School, and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2011.
