What we do

Real Estate Debt

Acquisition Financing: We source acquisition financing across senior, stretched or mezzanine facilities on both bridging and longer-term scenarios

Development/ Value Add Financing: We source development/value add financing – either in isolation or in conjunction with acquisition financing – across senior, stretched or mezzanine facilities. We advise on speculative projects as well as on value-add / CAPEX accretive deals in all sectors.

Equity Release / Exit Financing: We advise on equity releases and exit facilities that allow the recycle of equity for asset owners on a single-asset or portfolio basis.

Special Situations: We work with borrowers on a solution orientated basis to solve for a variety of special situations including recapitalizations, time-crunched transactions, opportunistic acquisitions and other scenarios which are underserved by traditional capital markets.

Platform Funding: Our approach is value-driven as we aim to support the build-up of an acquisition trail and pipeline for a sponsor. We advise on the creation of a framework agreement with institutional lenders to support a sponsor's expansion plan and to keep such sponsor nimble and quick on execution during the acquisition of off-market opportunities.

Partner at LMF Capital AG with 15 years experience in corporate M&A and real estate advisory in Germany, France and MENA..

Before joining LMF Capital, Marc worked for a family office with $3bn in AUM in Monaco for 6 years and in PE real estate funds and M&A advisory in Frankfurt for 4 years. Marc is a MBA graduate from HSG in Switzerland, completed INSEAD and Columbia Business School executive programs and holder of the CFA designation since 2011.

Fares started his career with SHUAA Capital (UAE), a large GCC based asset manager. Subsequently, he worked for a Kuwaiti family office, a French consultancy company (EGIS), for a Geneva based Swiss FINMA regulated hedge fund distributor responsible for sales relations with Swiss/European and GCC investors and finally for an Austrian family office based in Prague, responsible of the capital markets.

Before LMF Capital, Lukas was engaged in the early stages of his career in advisory and audit roles within Big 4 advisory firms, from where he has been successfully appointed to various corporate finance managerial roles in a US-based multinational technology corporation. Since then, he was engaged into the corporate finance management roles within many multinational corporate structures from chemical and Energy to fund management, PE and VC.
